How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit a maintenance request by completing the Maintenance Request Form on our website. Be sure to include as much detail as possible about the issue, such as where it’s located and when it began. Providing clear information helps our team resolve the issue more quickly.
How long does it take for maintenance to respond?
Response times depend on the urgency of the issue. Non-urgent repairs are usually addressed within 2 business days. Emergency requests, such as flooding or electrical hazards, receive immediate attention.
When is housing payment due each month?
Housing payment is due on the date listed in your housing agreement. To avoid late fees, please submit your payment on or before that date using one of the approved payment methods.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept multiple payment types, including cash, direct deposit, online payments, and approved housing program vouchers.
Is there a fee for maintenance services?
Routine maintenance is included in your housing agreement. Fees may apply only if damage results from negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Are utilities included in my rent?
Yes. Most utilities, such as water, gas, electricity, and internet, are included in your monthly rent. Any exceptions will be clearly stated in your housing agreement.
Can I have visitors or overnight guests?
Because our homes are shared living environments, the safety and comfort of all residents are our top priority. Visitors are permitted on a case-by-case basis and must receive prior approval from the Program Director before visiting the property. Overnight guests are not allowed. This policy helps ensure a secure and comfortable environment for everyone living at H.O.M.E.
What are the community expectations at H.O.M.E.?
Residents are expected to maintain cleanliness, respect shared spaces, and communicate any issues promptly. We encourage a positive and supportive environment built on accountability and mutual respect.

Residents planning to move out should provide written notice according to the timeframe listed in their agreement. Our team will schedule a walkthrough to ensure the unit is in good condition and discuss the final steps for closing your residency.
